Health Integrity Board of Directors
Gaetano F. (Guy) Molinari, MD, MPH, Chair
Dr. Molinari was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of Health Integrity in March 2007. Prior to joining the Board, Dr. Molinari had been associated with Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, an affiliated subsidiary of Health Integrity. He served as Medical Director of Delmarva supporting the activities of various state-funded external quality review contracts until his retirement in January 2007.
Brenda L. Crabb, Vice Chair
Mrs. Crabbs joined the Board of Health Integrity in June 2007. She currently serves as the Director of Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable. This position is an outgrowth of her former role in Baltimore County Government, Office of Economic Development. Mrs. Crabbs is an advocate for the business members of the Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable helping them address economic growth, zoning, traffic, community planning and development and other issues with local and state government representatives.
Joshua P. Roberson , Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Roberson joined the Health Integrity Board in June 2007. He is the owner of J P Roberson & Associates, a tax planning, accounting and management first established in 1984. He has spent 22 years in business, providing services to individuals and to small-medium size businesses. His primary client base is in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Christian E. Jensen, MD, MPH, Board Member
Dr. Jensen had served as a member of the Health Integrity Board of Directors since 2006. Dr. Jensen is also the President & CEO of Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Inc., an affiliated subsidiary of Health Integrity. Dr. Jensen has served as Chief Operating Officer of Delmarva, and previously as Medical Director. His career includes service with Computer Science Corporation, where he served as Medical Director for the Western Integrity Center project for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Dr. Jensen maintains a small internal medicine practice on the eastern shore of Maryland.
Michael A. Moskewicz, MD, Board Member
Dr. Moskewicz joined the Health Integrity Board in 2007. He has had a long-term relationship with Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, an affiliated subsidiary of Health Integrity. He served as a Delmarva Board Member for over 20 years, holding various positions and committee chairs. Dr. Moskewicz ended his service with the Delmarva Board in 2007. He has retired from private practice in Maryland and is associated with the Veterans Administration Out-Patient Services as a primary care physician working at their facility in Cambridge, MD. Dr. Moskewicz is associated with Health Integrity’s parent organization, Quality Health Strategies, Inc. (“QHS”) serving as a member of their Board and on three of its committees: Finance, Pension and Audit.
